There is not enough room in this box to talk about how ahh-mazing Cathy was throughout our whole selling and buying process. Cathy is very knowledgeable within the Crystal Lake area and knows a lot about the different communities and subdivisions throughout the town. She has so much great advice to offer from beginning to end. Having three younger kids and keeping a house staged seemed like an impossible task, but because of her passion for staging (and professional photography), our house showed at its best and sold in its first week on the market for more than we had ever imagined possible. I met Cathy at an open house and immediately liked her personality and her professionalism. We met on a Monday so she could view my house and we could review the comps.
